Booking, Payment, and Privacy Policies

Sessions are available Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and may be booked in person or online depending on the service. Sundays are available 24/7 exclusively for clients with a full-year membership.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve any session, including the Seven-Month Rejuvenation Program. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Booking a session confirms your appointment time. You will receive confirmation and a reminder ahead of your scheduled session.

We understand plans change. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session so the time can be offered to another client.

If you arrive late to an in-person or online session, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client's scheduled time.

Missed appointments without prior notice may affect your ability to book future sessions. Please communicate as early as possible if you are unable to attend.

Clients under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to booking or attending a session. Please contact Lady New directly to arrange consent documentation.

Information shared during sessions and through contact or booking forms is kept private and is used only to provide and coordinate services.

Personal details are never sold. Contact information may be used to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and direct responses to your inquiries.
